All returned merchandise must have a RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number ( RMA ). Please contact our RMA department directly to obtain your number. We will refuse any merchandise that does not have a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid. NO COD SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. A legible copy of your original invoice must accompany the returned merchandise. Contents within the RMA packet we receive must match the products applied for only. Any items included other than those applied for will be returned to you. Please include a description of the problem incurred with your product.
Products being returned for credit or a refund must be received at our warehouse within thirty ( 30 ) days from the invoice date. ( NO EXCEPTIONS ) A credit or refund will be extended only under the following conditions:
The product must be returned in its original packaging in new condition. AND IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged.
All manuals, warranty cards and accessories must be included. Any missing parts, CD's diskettes, software, documentation, cables, accessories, etc. will be charged to the customer.
