 Q: How can I view the status of my order?
  A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

  Q: What are your shipping costs?
  A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
A: There is a $30.00 minimum order limit for online/web orders. Any order we receive with a Order Total under $30.00 (*total includes shipping and handling) is subject to a $3.00 under limit charge. You will be notified within the confirmation e-mail that your order is total amount under limit. Please notice that, under limit orders will still be processed as a usual online order.

 Q: Is there a surcharge for using credit cards?

A: There is no ‘surcharge’ for using credit cards, and there is no ‘discount’ for paying cash/check. Credit card customers MUST complete and return to Advanced PC Products the Credit Card Authorization form before any order can ship. 
Q: I am needing a product that is not listed in your inventory. Can you special order it?
A: Advanced PC Products can special order almost anything. Special order items are Subject to the following conditions:
1. Product must be pre-paid.
2. Manufacturer warranty only applies. Advanced PC can not honor its normal 1 year over the counter warranty.
3. No returns for credit/replacement. Please make sure the product will fulfill your needs.
